Terms & Conditions
Last updated 18 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Sanctum is owned and operated by Fastfaith LLC ("Fastfaith", "we", "us"), 3092 Pittston Court, Columbus, OH 43231, United States. These Terms form an agreement between Fastfaith LLC and you or the church, ministry or organization you represent ("you"). If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you use Sanctum as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or continuing to use Sanctum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
3. The service
Sanctum is a hosted software platform that lets a church run its own branded app — events and calendar, prayer requests, volunteer signups, small groups, children's ministry records, sermon notes, worship songs, verse of the day, announcements, live prayer rooms, giving tools, and appearance customization. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sanctum for your ministry during your subscription, within the limits of your plan.
4. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Sanctum. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
- send spam, engage in fraud, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- upload or share content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- upload unlawful, abusive, hateful or harassing content;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls or technical limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
Sanctum holds sensitive congregational information, including children's ministry records. You are responsible for collecting and handling that information lawfully, with the consent of the people concerned, and for granting staff access only where appropriate.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content your church uploads. You grant Fastfaith LLC a limited licence to host, store, process and display that content solely in order to provide the service to you.
7. Our intellectual property
Fastfaith LLC retains all rights in Sanctum — the software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
8. Payments, subscriptions and taxes
Sanctum is sold on a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller, Paddle, and are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep Sanctum running, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctum is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
You will indemnify Fastfaith LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time. After termination you will have a reasonable window — normally 30 days — to export your data, after which it may be deleted.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
