Refund Policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
Sanctum is operated by Fastfaith LLC, 3092 Pittston Court, Columbus, OH 43231, United States. We want your church to be genuinely served by the app, so every subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Change of mind
If Sanctum isn't right for your church, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles customer service inquiries and processes returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or email us at support@fastfaith.app and we will raise it with Paddle for you.
Paddle's own terms are set out in the Paddle Refund Policy.
Cancellations and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your Sanctum account or through Paddle; your church keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. Beyond the 30-day window, renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal you didn't intend, or an outage that kept you from using Sanctum — contact us and we will make it right.
Congregational donations
Gifts your members give to your church through Sanctum's giving tools are not Sanctum subscription payments. Those are handled by your church's own refund practices; contact your church directly about a gift.
Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks usually post them within 5–10 business days.
